We’re pleased to share the latest progress on our City of Rockville renovation and addition project. The framing stage is nearly complete, and the construction is about to move into the interior finish phase. There’s a unique beauty in the orderly structure of a house during the framing stage, so we couldn’t resist capturing the building's frame before the exterior walls are fully in place.
 

Passersby have noticed how the staggered single-slope roofs make this house stand out with its distinctive design. The City of Rockville has strict regulations for residential projects, especially since this one is in a historic preservation district. The project's size, height, and eco-friendly material requirements have all been carefully considered. We can’t wait to see the final result!
